Info For New Patients

PLEASE NOTE at the present time WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW REFERRALS FOR NON-MEDICAL ISSUES

including behavioural difficulties, learning challenges, anxiety/depressive symptoms or concerns about ADHD or autism.

If the referral for your child is for a medical concern, please email your referral through to:

together with your best contact phone number and we will be in touch to arrange an appointment. Feel free to contact us if you haven’t heard within a week as it is possible your email hasn’t been received.

To ensure your time with the Specialist is maximised, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment to allow time to ensure all your details are recorded in our system.

What to bring on the day: 

  • Blue Book
  • Results of previous relevant investigations: blood tests, x-rays/ultrasounds, hearing tests
  • Reports relevant to your child such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy and psychology assessments
  • Medicare card – registration of your bank account details with Medicare results in the Medicare Rebate being transferred into your account within 48 hours
  • Payment for consultation is required on the day in full. Payments may be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

IMPORTANT – Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide the clinic with 48 hours notice so your appointment time may be offered to another family. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.
